PAUL BUNYAN DAY

Yes, today is Paul Bunyan Day.  Lumberjacks are big eaters and what a better meal than a grilled pork chop.  Want to try something fun?  In Iowa, the pork chops are cut about 1 1/2 inches thick with the rib bone in.  They're grilled and eaten by holding the bone as the stick.  No silverware!!!  Now that is eating like a lumberjack.  Throw in some watermelon and you have now had the first annual Paul Bunyan dinner at your house.  Hopefully your kids won't ask for a big blue ox.  Have a Porktastic Day!!!
