About Me

I have been with the Utah Pork Producers Association as Promotions and Communications Director since last November. We have a great program to educate the next consumers by giving presentations at Junior High, Middle Schools and High School Food classes. I also give presentation at Prostart classes, AG classes and culinary classes at technical schools. I decided that reaching the adult consumers and educating them about Today's Pork was also vital in helping families prepare meals for their families that are restaurant quality at a fraction of the cost.
