I was reminded today that next week February will be here. Don't forget to eat ground hog on Feb. 2 she reminded me for good luck for the coming year. I thought, why you're right we all need good luck throughout the year and if eating ground hog on Feb.2nd will do just that, then I say to all the pork eaters of America...Eat Ground Hog (aka...ground pork) on Feb 2nd for good luck for you and your family.
