This past week I toured the Mountain View Mushroom company. They grow the beautiful Portabella mushrooms that are available at Walmart and food service companies throughout the valley. I brought home a case of them that were picked that very day. They are so delicious. I am going to grill a few for our Valentine's dinner along with pork tenderloin and vegetables.
