FIRST DAY OF SUMMER - JUNE 21ST

Did you know that June is National Burger Month?  Celebrate the first day of summer with a backyard BBQ.  Grill a pork burger with mushrooms and cheese.  Finish it off with a little BBQ sauce and some fries and you are set to invite the neighbors over.  Enjoy your pork burgers with a tall glass of cold lemonade.  You can even mix ground pork and ground sausage together for a great tasting Italian pork burger. Ground pork and ground sausage still needs to be cooked to a final temperature of 160 degrees.  Have a porktastic day and a great summer.  Until next time...
