Happy Day to all!!! We have so many blessings to be thankful for as Americans. Our beautiful country, our families and our freedoms to choose. Enjoy friends and family today with outdoor activities. When it comes time for meals, grilling is always a must for 4th of July. Grill the all American favorite - Pork chops and have your favorite BBQ sauce close by for dipping. Enjoy the rest of a great 4th with corn on the cob, potato salad and a good old fashioned American Apple Pie. Ironically enough, the Uncle Sam charactor that we associate with America is named after Uncle Sam Wilson and his insignia of U.S. on his barrels of pork that he sent to the soldiers during the war of 1812.
