Today, while I was at Sunflower Market I came upon a great find. Spices by the ounce. As you know, spices for rubs can get quite expensive but are essential for the flavor that you may be creating. I found chipolte chili pepper for $1.00 per ounce, smoked paprika for $1.00 per ounce and fennel seeds for my Mediterranian herb rubs for $.39 an ounce. What a great find. Try a new recipe for a rub that will not break the bank. Until next time.
