Happy Ground Hog day!!

Hope you all remembered to eat "Ground Hog" today.  I couldn't decide whether to make a pork spaghetti sauce or a pork chow mein.  The pork chow mein won.  What a great dish with fresh mushrooms, celery, onions and bean sprouts.  Just a reminder that ground pork can be substituted for any recipe that calls for ground beef.
