Happy February!! With a new month, winter will soon be over and it's time to start thinking about the herbs that you like to use in your rubs and marinades. Many stores already have seed packets available to start planning your herb garden. This year I am planning on a Mediterranean and Italian type herb garden for fresh herb rubs. Happy planning.
