GRILLING SEASON

March days can still feel like winter but on those warm days that surprise us fire up your charcoal grill.  Grilling dessert can be a reat treat to beat the winter blahs.  I found a great web site, www.grilling.com that has great tutorials on indirect and direct grilling and grilling desserts.  There are also several other videos that are really helpful in charcoal grilling.  Spring will be right around the corner and the perfect time is now to practice some new grilling techniques.  Also, I hope you all used the great coupon starring  fresh pork, Kingsford Charcoal, KC Masterpiece and Hawaiian rolls.  The coupon came out in your March 13th newspaper.  I will also be at Orson Gygi this Saturday for a great class on Pork Tenderloins.  Learn the secret of rubs for a great cut of pork but also learn how to butterfly and stuff the tenderloin as well.  Thanks to our loyal followers and remember www.porkbeinspired.com for a new recipe to dazzle your family.
