The new slogan for Pork was unveiled at Pork Forum this past Friday, March 4th. The Pork industry is really excited about this new slogan. With so many cuts that are so lean and nutritious, thousands of dishes can be created using the same cut but preparing it differently. For example, the loin can provide loin chops, loin roasts that are able to be sliced or prepared to be pulled pork, ground pork can also be from the loin and can be substituted for any recipe that calls for beef. The possibilities are endless. You can be inspired to try a new dish or a new cut of pork. Best of luck in your pork cooking. Until next time...

I had pulled pork sandwiches yesterday and they were great!!! I liked that they were on a roll instead of a bun, it was a little easier to eat, thanks so much for all your posts!
