Today and tomorrow I will be at the Taste of Home show at South Towne Expo Center on State Street about 9400 S. in Salt Lake. We have a booth, 540B, where we will be answering any questions about Today's Pork. Also, on Saturday at 1:00pm I will be on stage demonstrating pulled pork and the many options that can be done with the pulled pork whether it's BBQ, Chili Verde, Teriyaki or just plain pulled pork for tacos.
