What a great day sampling pulled pork at Riverton's Fresh Market. A lot of people shopping for super bowl and excited about trying a new rub on their butt roasts. I also got to try out my new pink hat. One great item that I wanted to pass on... a great bun called a slider bun. Bigger than a dollar roll yet smaller than a typical burger type bun. Perfect for parties with pulled pork sandwiches and only $2.49 per dozen. They're great. Until next time...

Sounds fun! I went to Sunflower Market in Murray and had a pulled pork sandwich and loved it, thank you for all the posts, I enjoy learning so many new things I can do with pork and the recipes are delicious, Go Lady Ham!!
